During these sessions, which lasted for 1 hour each, various problems and questions related to the competition were discussed and addressed. The purpose of these training sessions was to prepare the students and equip them with the necessary knowledge and skills for the competition.

During the competition, the students were instructed not to access any devices. This rule was put in place to ensure a fair and unbiased environment for all participants. Additionally, it’s important to note that no pictures were taken during the event. This was done to maintain the integrity and confidentiality of the competition.

Kijang Economics Competition is an online national economics competition for secondary schools and pre-university students. It aims to challenge students’ economics knowledge through economics, entrepreneurship, financial literacy and business. Moreover, the competition aimed to enhance decision-making skills, and expose students to contemporary economic and financial issues, fostering critical thinking and creative problem-solving.

The competition intends to spark a competitive nature among students by providing them with an opportunity to polish and develop in economic and financial literacy. Kijang’s questions have a unique way of highlighting economic and financial concepts by relating it to the local and global economies over time.
