AFEO Honorary Member Award for Ir Ts Wong

Ir Ts Wong Chee Fui from LKC FES was awarded the ASEAN Federation of Engineering Organisations (AFEO) Honorary Member Award at the conferment ceremony which was held during the 41th Annual Conference of AFEO (CAFEO41) hosted by Persatuan Insinyur Indonesia (PII) on 23 November 2023 at the Bali International Convention Centre (BICC) in Bali, Indonesia.

The Award was presented by AFEO Chairman Dr Ir Danis H. Sumadilaga , AFEO Secretary General Ir Mohd Khir and IEM President for Malaysia Ir Dr Norlida Buniyamin.

This prestigious award from the AFEO Governing Board is conferred to an eminent individual who has rendered outstanding services to the engineering profession, the Institution and/or the nation. This award carries the post nominal title Hon.MAFEO.

The ASEAN Federation of Engineering Organisations (AFEO) is a non-govermental body. Its members are the engineering institutions and organisations of ASEAN countries with the objectives to promote goodwill and mutual understanding, and to establish and develop a ASEAN baseline standard for the engineering profession with the objective of facilitating the mobility of the engineers within the ASEAN countries.
