UTAR has achieved an exceptional milestone by being ranked Top 4 in the Private Higher Education Institution category at the 7th Graduates’ Choice Award (GCA) 2024. This recognition highlights UTAR’s continuous commitment to providing quality education and producing graduates who are highly regarded by employers.

The GCA is a prestigious award that honours Malaysia’s best graduate employers across various industries, such as finance, technology, education, and more. The winners are selected through votes cast by university students nationwide, reflecting UTAR’s impactful role in shaping future professionals. The voting process is audited by a panel of auditors from universities, ensuring fairness and transparency.

The award was presented during a grand ceremony held at Sunway Resort Hotel on 27 November 2024. Representing UTAR at the event was UTAR Vice President for Student Development and Alumni Relations Prof Dr Choong Chee Keong.
