Team No Eye Deer’s winning mobile application titled “Condominium Management System Mobile Apps” acts as a central hub for residents and management to engage and manage community life, featuring functions such as community discussion, parcel management, visitor system, facility booking, and parking rental. The application fosters community engagement through discussions and announcements; manages parcel deliveries securely; and enhances security through visitor registration. Moreover, it also helps in streamlining facility booking and parking space rental processes, which in turn ensures fair and efficient resource allocation.

The eMOBIQ Challenge 2023 was organised by Wilstech Sdn Bhd from April 2023 to June 2023, in conjunction with Wilstech’s Fifth Anniversary. It was a no-coding app development competition, which utilised Wilstech’s no-code Rapid Mobile App Development (RMAD) platform, eMOBIQ, to allow participants to develop mobile applications with simple drag-and-drop. Open to all the higher learning institutions in Malaysia, it aimed to promote healthy competition among the young digital talents of Malaysia, as well as to uplift the overall national standards in the digital realm of productivity of young talents.
