UTAR seals agreement with Shenyang

Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR) signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Shenyang University of Chemical Technology at UTAR Kuala Lumpur Campus, on 15 December 2011.

Under the MoU, UTAR will work together with Shenyang University to promote educational and academic exchanges of mutual benefit to both institutions. These exchanges include the development of mutually beneficial academic programmes and courses, the exchange of academic staff and research assistants for the main purpose of teaching, reciprocal assistance for visiting academic staff and students, the exchange of students for study and research, and the exchange of documentation, pedagogical information and research materials.

The MoU was signed by UTAR President Ir Prof Academician Dato' Dr Chuah Hean Teik and Shenyang University of Chemical Technology Rector Prof Pang Yu Jun. Prof Dr Ewe Hong Tat, UTAR Vice-President (Internationalisation and Academic Development) and Prof Dr Fang Qinghong, Dean, School of Material Science and Technology, Shenyang University of Chemical Technology signed as witnesses.
