The event began
with R.O.M.A.N 2015 chairperson Sia Ann Yee and Dr Teh each giving a
welcoming speech, which was followed the emcee of the night inviting the
VIPs onstage for the opening ceremony.
The long-awaited
performances hit off at 6.45pm. Performances lined up encompassed LED Dragon
Dance, a lion dance, Muay Thai, Drumming by 24 Festival Drums, bian

“It was indeed
an eye-opener for me to learn that Wushu Club can be so happening by having
so many different kinds of performances,” said Lim, a member of the
audience.
After a night of
marvellous performances, a lucky draw awaited the audience. Souvenirs were
then given to all VIPs for helping to make the event a success.
