The second Stress-free Campaign 2016 was held at Sungai Long Campus on 1 and 2 November 2016. “The campaign aimed to bring down stress levels and improve the mental health and well-being of the students in order for them to perform at their full potential,” said Department of Student Affairs of Sungai Long Campus (DSA-SL), Counselling & Guidance Unit’s Navamani Nagappon.

Several activities were held during the event such as workshops, games, and exhibitions. In addition, students were taught various steps and techniques that they can use to cope with stress.

A workshop titled “Peace Work – A four Step Process to Emotional Well-being” conducted by Youth@Peace Revolution Project Founder Natasha Brand taught students how to be at peace with oneself through identifying stress, anxiety and depression.
