It is impossible to build another new village, but we can try our best to give a new vitality to the existing new village. Our vision is to develop the new village to the next level, making it more suitable for living, business and tourism. Hence, this competition is one of the activities which is ongoing now. We hope by conducting this competition, the true beauty of the new village will be exposed through the documentary. Also, people may want to look back at the memories of the existing new village in the future.”

Lenster Woo began his sharing session by introducing the background of 21grams. He then played two videos that introduced their programmes, namely “揾食艰难”(wan sik gan nan - literally means difficult to find food) and “这一刻 ” (zhe yi ke - This moment). “揾食艰难” is a local food show video presented in the Cantonese language. Meanwhile, he also shared with the participants on the production flow, “The most important thing during the pre-production stage, production stage and the post-production stage is ‘Respect’. We must respect the people that we will interview during the pre-production stage; we must respect our crew and members during the production stage and we must respect our viewers when it comes to the post-production stage.”
Ken Chan sharing the importance of infusing a positive message in a video
Ken Chan shared the importance of infusing a positive message in the video. He said, “Do not think that it is difficult to produce a video. It is all about perseverance; whether you want to do it or not. It is also important that you find your passion and enthusiasm. Do not follow what others tell you to do, you must follow your heart! Find your own passion in life!"
The sharing session ended with an interactive Q&A session followed by the presentation of token of appreciation.
