would like to thank NCT Land Sdn Bhd on behalf of UTAR for giving us this
opportunity to collaborate in the development of the Smart Industrial Park
IR4.0 HR Development Centre. This collaboration will allow UTAR students and
staff to gain insightful knowledge, experience and expertise in certain

platform for them to gain necessary real-life skills, experience and

looking forward to providing our R&D services and expertise to the Smart
Industrial Park. I believe this is a very good training ground for our
researchers to put to practice their skills and knowledge in the industrial
and real-world settings, and use their expertise to benefit others and the
Smart Industrial Park.”
Under this MoU, UTAR will provide related corporate training and courses
to the industries that will help in the upskilling and reskilling of
non-skilled, semi-skilled, and skilled workers to help increase their work
efficiency, work performance and quality. UTAR will also conduct IR 4.0
training programmes for the targeted audience to increase their knowledge of
the industrial revolution so that they can benefit from the transformations
of the industrial revolution.
Besides providing internship opportunities for UTAR students and/or staff
in the Smart Industrial Park, this collaboration will also pave way for UTAR
staff and students to gain insightful knowledge, experience and expertise in
areas relating to electrical and electronic, semi-conductors, smart
logistics and transportation and 4IR-inspired industries.
