More than 60 participants
including staff, students and alumni participated in the Alumni Local Trip
2022 from 27 to 29 May 2022 at Pulau Perhentian, Terengganu. The
three-day trip was arranged by the Department of Alumni Relations and
Placement with the hope of bringing alumni, students and staff together to
forge closer ties as well as build networking opportunities for future
ventures.
Island hopping in Pulau
Perhentian is the best gateway to admire the natural beauty of the
islands. The island offers crystal clear waters, numerous snorkelling sites
for enthusiasts, beautiful coral reefs, and adventurous hiking activities.
Participants went for snorkelling and kayaking trips at Shark Point, Turtle
Point, Turtle Beach, Teluk KK, Pulau Rawa, Tokong Burung, Serenggeh and
Light House.
