Two alumni were also invited to share their experiences in the property management industry. Wong Wee Chez, an alumnus, advised the graduates, “You have to ask yourself where you want to be in the industry and the direction you want to take after you graduate. If you are aiming for top management position in the property development industry, you need to have a lot of technical knowledge, and it may take years to develop yourself.”

Another alumna, Tan Jia Qi, also provided valuable advice to the participants. “You should be ready to shoulder the responsibilities handed to you while working. Not only that, even though I am still quite new in the industry, I have applied everything I learned at the university in my job. Thus, I urge all of you to remember everything you have studied in your course because you may need to apply it in your job in the future.”
