International students visit beautiful places in Perak

On 25 November 2023, 53 inbound students and 17 helpers were brought to visit different places of attraction in Perak. The students were accompanied by Centre for Extension Education (CEE) Student Exchange Programme (SEP) Inbound coordinator Mr Chee Cheng Jin, and CEE staff Ms Najihah binti Pazaer and Ms N. Potchselvi.

The group of students headed to Pasar Kampar, a lively market full of delicious smells for a hearty breakfast. Next, they toured the Birch Memorial Clock Tower to learn about the history of Perak.

Their adventure continued to Qing Xin Ling Leisure & Cultural Village, a peaceful place surrounded by greenery, where they witnessed traditional performances and tried out fun activities. The tour was followed by a trip to Ipoh Parade, a place for shopping and tasting good food. After enjoying a scrumptious meal, the students moved on to check out the local souvenirs.

Then, they took a ride to the Kong Heng Square. As the day ended, they reached Kampar Newtown and enjoyed a delicious dinner, tasting the unique flavours of Perak.

With the happy memories made and new friends acquainted along the way, all students hope for future exciting trips to explore the wonders of Malaysia.
