The delegates from Pejabat Setiausaha Kerajaan Negeri Perak (SUK) were Secretary of the State of Perak YB Dato’ Ahmad Suaidi bin Abdul Rahim, Deputy Secretary of the State of Perak (Management) YBhg Dato’ Nor Sham binti Rahman, Deputy Secretary of the State of Perak (Development) Puan Halizah binti Sipun, The Kampar District Officer Tuan Nazrul Fazami bin Mohamad, Division Secretary of the Human Resource Department Encik Mohd Azraie bin Harun, Division Secretary of the Information Management Department Encik Mohamad Fadzli bin Haji Tarmiji, Division Secretary of the Management Services Department Puan Nuruljaswa binti Abd Hamid and Chief Assistant Secretary of the Government Corporate Division Puan Anita binti Amri.
