Thank you to Madam Looi Mun Wah and her spouse Mr Hiew Voon Hoi for another generous donation of RM100,000 to UTAR Hospital.

The UTAR Hospital received the first donation of RM100,000 from Madam Looi on 6 March 2023. Now donating for the second time, UTAR and the hospital are truly touched by the gesture of Madam Looi.

Madam Looi was not present so her spouse, Mr Hiew Voon Hoi, delivered the personal donation on behalf of her to UTAR Council Members Mr Hew Fen Yee and Tan Sri Dato' Seri Ong Ka Chuan at the T&CM Centre of UTAR Hospital on 10 May 2023.

Madam Looi, who is currently a pensioner, has served as a headmistress in various schools for 21 years. Her longest posting as a headmistress was in SJK(C) Thung Hon, Tanjung Tualang, where she served for more than nine years and her last posting was in SJK(C) Phui Ying, Simpang Pulai. Meanwhile, Mr Hiew, who is now also a pensioner, previously worked in the private sector.
