Iban community. This phrase embodies the profound notion of unity and
solidarity. Dr Stephen highlighted the diverse landscape of Malaysia,
encompassing varying ethnicities, educational backgrounds, socio-economic
statuses, and political affiliations, each offering unique perspectives on
the nation. Nevertheless, he underscored that embracing the ethos
encapsulated by Segulai Sejalai entails transcending preconceived notions and
uniting towards a collective vision for the nation’s future.
