UTAR and
ELSI Sdn Bhd signed a memorandum of agreement (MoA) on 5 April 2024 at ELS
Language Centre, Kuala Lumpur. With the signing of the MoA, both parties
will work together to deliver the ELS Certified Intensive English Programme
(CIEP) specifically for UTAR international students, enhancing their
language proficiency and academic success.

The
signatories were UTAR President Ir Prof Dato’ Dr Ewe Hong Tat and ELSI Sdn
Bhd Managing Director Mr Sean Chee. Witnessing the signing were UTAR Vice
President for Internationalisation and Academic Development Ir Prof Dr Goi
Bok Min and ELSI Sdn Bhd Head of University Relations Puan Zanariah Jaafar.
Also present at the event were
ELSI Sdn Bhd Advisor Dato’ Sri Chee Hong Leong, and Board of Governors
Members Prof Dr Abdul Salam Babji, Puan Sawiah Ahmad and Ms Chee Yin Looi.

Prof Dato’ Ewe said, “This

He concluded, “This partnership
