performances. The official programme began with an opening ceremony, where
Prof Ts Dr Yap Wun She, the Dean of LKC FES, delivered a heartfelt speech.
Prof Yap expressed his pride in the accomplishments of the alumni and the
significant role they play in advancing both their industries and the
university’s reputation. “This homecoming is a celebration of our shared
history and the strong bonds within our community. We’re proud to see our
alumni thriving, and it’s important to stay connected as we move forward
together,” said Prof Yap during his address.
Then, the event transitioned to a token of
appreciation presentation ceremony, where key sponsors were honoured for
their generous support. The platinum sponsors—CACEIS Malaysia Sdn Bhd and
Sincerely Dyeing & Finishing Sdn Bhd—were represented by Ms Sheela
Jenarathanan, Head of Recruitment for Human Resources at CACEIS, and Mr Lian
