Hungkuang University explores biomedical engineering and Malaysian culture at UTAR

UTAR was delighted to welcome 24 students and two staff members from Hungkuang University (HKU) for the inbound student mobility programme, held from 4 to 11 August 2024. The HKU team was led by Dr Huang, Yen-Po, an academic from the HKU Department of Medical Equipment Development and Application. The programme themed ‘Exploring biomedical engineering and culture learning in Malaysia’ was designed to offer an immersive educational experience, fostering international understanding and collaboration while strengthening the bond between UTAR and HKU. The event was jointly organised by the Department of Soft Skills Competency (Sungai Long Campus) and the Lee Kong Chian Faculty of Engineering and Science (LKC FES).
