UTAR Intramural Sports Carnival 2024 celebrates health and team spirit

Maintaining health is a fundamental responsibility that supports the pursuit of larger goals and aspirations, including academic success. A balanced lifestyle nurtures both physical and mental well-being, providing benefits like improved focus, resilience, and creativity.

A healthy body complements a healthy mind, and the reverse is equally true. With the principle etched in the touchstone, the UTAR Intramural Sports Carnival (ISC) 2024 brought its community together for a fun celebration of health in the month of August 2024.
