Stress management talk empowers SMJK Confucian students

The Division of Programme Promotion (DPP), in collaboration with the Department of Student Affairs (DSA), organised a Stress Management Talk at SMJK Confucian. The event took place at SMJK Confucian, Kuala Lumpur, on 10 January 2025. It aimed to equip 230 students from Peralihan, Form 1, and Form 2 with practical strategies to manage stress and promote mental well-being in their daily lives.

The talk, led by DSA counsellor Ms Ng Wan Fern captivated the young audience with insightful tips and relatable scenarios, providing students with essential tools to navigate stress during their academic journey. The session emphasised the importance of mindfulness, healthy coping mechanisms, and maintaining a positive outlook to improve mental health.

Aligned with the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), this initiative underscored commitments to SDG 3, Good Health and Well-being and SDG 4, Quality Education, fostering a supportive environment for young learners to thrive emotionally and academically.
