Uniting for health with HPV immunisation programme

Following the incredible success of the Jelajah HPV di Negeri Perak Bersama DYMM Raja Permaisuri Perak Tuanku Zara Salim event in August 2024, the Centre for Foundation Studies of Kampar Campus, in collaboration with the National Cancer Society of Malaysia (NCSM), organised the second dose of the free HPV immunisation programme on 23 December 2024 at Learning Complex I (B010), UTAR Kampar Campus.

The vaccination initiative aimed to protect individuals against HPV infections and prevent HPV-related cancers through widespread immunisation. The programme, conducted at UTAR Kampar Campus, saw enthusiastic participation, with a total of 317 individuals from both UTAR and Kampar communities receiving the vaccine.

The event reflects a strong collective commitment to public health and cancer prevention.
