Each session began with a welcome speech by Mr Hafeez Hashim, who emphasised the importance of cultivating a strong personal brand in today’s digital-first world. “Your online presence shapes opportunities; understanding how to market yourself effectively is the key to career success,” he shared.
He further explained, “Entrepreneurs and influencers use social media platforms to promote their products and services, creating content to build their presence rather than waiting for opportunities to come. A workforce that continuously upskills and reskills remains adaptable to technological and environmental changes, particularly in areas such as soft skills, leadership, problem-solving, and critical thinking.”
