Resilience helps to increase our ability to adapt the changes and improve work-life integration and satisfaction. Having high resilience and grit level can help us to perform consistently in an excellent way by maintaining good health and happiness. Thus, we can easily bounce back up if we fall down. With that in mind, the Counselling and Guidance Unit of Sungai Long Campus is organising this online talk.
This free online talk is designed to provide resilient thinking skills to increase a person's resilience level and grit. Participants will learn practical skills and strategies that can be immediately applied in their both work life and personal life. With these knowledgeable skills and strategies, enable you to deal with unexpected stress in a better way, e.g. unexpected emergencies, crisis and drastic changes.

She specialises in lower back pain and nerve related disorders. She has worked with physiotherapists, myofascial specialists, and fitness trainers to improve patient?s ergonomics and postural conditions. She is certified as a RockTape Practitioner and a member of Association of Chiropractic Malaysia (ACM).
