Promoting mental health and wellbeing becomes a core role in education, helping students to thrive on their educational journey as well as shaping protective factors against mental illness. The COVID-19 pandemic has created many challenges for different communities including. Students who already have mental health issues are especially vulnerable to these changes. Hence, we wish that we could help the students to deal with emotional stress by letting them understand themselves more comprehensively and accurately.
We are very honoured to invite Mr Tay Kok Wai as our speaker to share some information about mental health, relaxation techniques, self-support strategies, and some ways to support others. The 5-Well Being Test will be carried out during the virtual seminar to let the students know about their well-being status as it could reflect their happiness as well as the thoughts which they are having. Besides that, we have a game session and a mystery gift will be awarded to the winner!
